This business didn’t begin with a plan. It began with a complaint.
[FOUNDER NAME] kept hearing the same thing from growers around Hyderabad — they’d switched to organic inputs, done everything right, and seen almost nothing change. When you actually looked at what they’d bought, the reason was obvious. Half-decomposed material. Wildly inconsistent nutrient levels. Bags with weed seed still viable inside them.
They hadn’t failed at organic farming. They’d been sold something that was never going to work.
So we set out to do a narrow thing well: source properly, test honestly, and pack it so what’s printed on the bag is what’s inside it. That’s still the whole business.

The unglamorous part is the important part
Nobody’s excited to hear about quality control. But it’s where nearly all the difference lives.
We work with organic fields and producers we know — not brokers, not spot purchases from whoever’s cheapest that week. Material gets checked when it reaches us, checked during processing, and tested again before it’s packed. Nutrient composition, moisture content, pH, contaminants, maturity. Our vermicompost is produced to international standard requirements, which means it clears the specifications that Gulf importers apply — and those specifications are not negotiable.
Does this slow us down? Sometimes, yes. We’ve rejected consignments and eaten the cost rather than pass along material we weren’t sure about. That decision has never once felt wrong.
